Types of SMS Messages
If you have opted in, you may receive text messages related to your reservation, including:
- Reservation confirmations
- Pickup reminders and chauffeur arrival notifications
- Trip updates or changes
- Follow-up messages after your trip
Note: We do not send marketing or promotional texts. SMS communications are strictly service-related.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. Guests typically receive up to three (3) SMS messages per trip, including messages before and after the scheduled reservation.

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from The Grand Chauffeur through:
- Online booking forms with the SMS consent checkbox
- Phone reservations, where verbal consent is recorded by our staff
Opting in for SMS updates is entirely optional — your reservation will be secured and confirmed regardless of your choice.
Opt-out instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, you will no longer receive service-related SMS messages unless you choose to opt in again.
