A Note to Our Guests:
These guidelines are here to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest we serve. Should you ever have questions or special requests, our team is always happy to assist.

At The Grand Chauffeur, we take pride in providing refined, dependable, and welcoming transportation for every guest. These Terms & Conditions are intended to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for all parties. By reserving our services, you agree to the following.

Reservations

Reservations may be made through our booking platform or directly with our office and are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only once a confirmation has been issued by The Grand Chauffeur.

Advance booking is required. Same-day requests may be accommodated when availability allows and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

For everyone’s protection, reservations cannot be made or confirmed through chauffeurs. Verbal confirmations are not valid.

We kindly ask guests to review their confirmation details carefully. Chauffeurs are dispatched based on the confirmed itinerary.

Rates & Pricing

Rates are subject to availability and may change prior to confirmation. Once confirmed, your quoted rate will be honored.

If a trip extends beyond its scheduled time, it may be converted to an hourly rate. Long-distance services may include applicable travel or garage time.

All pricing is shared clearly before confirmation.

Waiting Time & Delays

For airport services, flight arrivals are monitored to ensure timely coordination.

The following complimentary waiting times apply:

  • Domestic flights: 30 minutes
  • Private aviation (FBO): 45 minutes
  • International flights: 60 minutes
  • Seaport pickups: 30 minutes
  • Residential or local pickups: 15 minutes

Waiting time beyond the complimentary period is billed at $25 per 15 minutes. After one (1) hour, the reservation converts to an hourly rate from the original pickup time.

If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please contact our office promptly so we may assist you.

Stops & additional requests

Brief courtesy stops under 20 minutes are welcome when operationally feasible. Longer stops will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Payment Information

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Corporate invoicing may be available for approved clients.

All payments are processed securely, and card details are not stored by The Grand Chauffeur.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are charged in full.

No Shows

A reservation will be considered a No Show if the guest does not arrive or contact our office within one (1) hour of the scheduled pickup time. No Shows are charged in full.

Vehicle Care & Guest Conduct

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests:

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times
  • Child safety seats are the responsibility of the guest unless arranged in advance

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party. Excessive cleaning or restoration services will be assessed as needed, with fees beginning at $500.

The Grand Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service without refund if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.

Service area & liability

The Grand Chauffeur is based in Orlando, Florida and proudly serves clients throughout the state.

While every effort is made to provide timely service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Acceptance of terms

By booking services with The Grand Chauffeur, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
