So at 7 PM on a Sunday night, I called the number on a card handed to me by the front desk. Surprisingly a human answered and not a dispatch Service. It was the owner himself. I told him that I needed someone to come to Port Canaveral to pick me up and then bring me to Orlando airport and then drive us both back to Port Canaveral and it needed to be done on four hours notice, and after midnight on a Sunday night. Not only was he accommodating, but he was professional. He quoted the fare in advance, his payment system was automated and easy. And then when I finally met him and his car. The level of Customer Service was beyond white glove.
